On the occasion of 80 years of the formation of Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Director of the International Security Institute, Orhan Dragas and the Institute were awarded with the Golden Charter and Plaque for “the contribution in widening and strengthening overall relations with the PR China, in the area of modernization of armed forces, economic-trade relations, education system, technology and culture”.
